These terms cover your use of Jindful. Using the app means you agree to them.

Using Jindful

By using Jindful you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to consent in your region.

Subscriptions & purchases

Jindful Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple, at $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year. New subscribers start with a one-week free trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of that date. You can manage or cancel it in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from your profile in the app. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple's policies.

Credit packs offered in earlier versions are no longer sold in the app. Credits already purchased remain on your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
